Dr. Beck (Barbara) has been a practicing audiologist for over 40 years. She began her career in Audiology at the prestigious Otologic Medical Group in Los Angeles in 1985, where the cochlear implant was invented and FDA approved for use just a few months before.

She has extensive knowledge and experience fitting all types, styles and manufacturers of hearing aids on both adults and children. She has worked in various practice settings, including ENT practices, hospitals and at St. Louis University as a clinical instructor.

Barbara prides herself in creating a relationship with her patients and their families to take the stress out of hearing and bring the joy back to listening. She knows all the lyrics to every Beatles song ever written.
